[gst-devel] State change changes

Just a heads up for anyone that missed it,

I changed the names of a lot of state-related data types and macros. You
will need to cvs up and rebuild everything. If you have code that is not
in CVS, you will need to update it to the new API. I wrote a script to
do that for you; run it on each of your C files and it will mostly fix
things. It's in gstreamer/scripts/update-states.
