[gst-devel] status of two bugs

hi,

I have entered two bugs to bugzilla [1][2], both with an example case
attached and both imho demonstrating core defects. Would be nice if
someone could confirm them. I ask because the don't look trivial to me
and I rather get some confirmation taht this should work before digging
through the internals.
