[gst-devel] new prereleases of core and base

Hi everyone,

after committing some of the blocker patches (which did fix some
regressions in the media test suite), I've made prereleases of core and
base and put them at the usual location.  Please test these.

I'll upload new FC4 and FC5 packages for them too.  If all goes well, we
can release beginning next week and get on with it again.
