I've uploaded an updated patch to bugzilla:

Now gstrtspsrc passes valid application/vnd.rn-realmedia data to rmdemux
(gst-plugins-ugly/gst/realmedia).

The next step is to fix the playbin to play the file. Decodebin
(patched: #341524) can already decode the stream, so the problem is
somewhere in the playbin.

I use the following pipeline for testing:
gst-launch-0.10 --gst-debug=rmdemux:5,decodebin:5 rtspsrc location="rtsp://213.254.239.50/tagesschau/realmedia/2006/0513/TV-20060513-2030-2801.rv.hi.rm" ! decodebin
