Your link problem comes from some missing exports from libgstbase.lib
There is a long time that I have not updated the list of exported 
functions, I HOPE I will have an Internet connection in the coming days 
to do it.
Waiting for that, you can add gst_base_src_wait_playing  and 
gst_base_audio_src_create to gstreamer/win32/common/libgstbase.def
May be these functions are not in the release package you have 
downloaded for gstreamer, if that's the case you will have to download 
and build gstreamer from CVS too.
