[gst-devel] Mp3 plugin inspection

hi developers,
                I built the mp3 plugin using the mad
library.since iam intersted only in playback,I
compiled the decoder part....The gstreamer folder
C:\gstreamer\lib\gstreamer-0.10 shows the
libgstmad.dll but when i check using the gst-inspect
it shows the set plugins including the directsound...
BUT iam not able to get any sign of the MP3 plugin...I
built everything in release mode...Is there any other
way of testing it....
