use plain docbook. API doc also uses docbook.

For which Guide would you find them most useful? Anyway, look at the 
docbook-sources in http://cvs.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/docs/
If you submit a new section/part-dokkbook fragment or whichever is correct, I 
can quickly merge it.

@all: didn't we once had gst-launch examples in the docs? Right now we have 
specific examples in the plugin-docs.
