[gst-devel] 0.10 and Indeo

I have an AVI file with Indeo 3 video. With gst-launch-0.8 it works
perfectly. With gst-launch-0.10 it does not show any video, and
increasing the debug level shows plenty of messages "Dropping
non-keyframe (seek/init)".

Apparently the problem is due to gst-ffmpeg's Indeo decoder not setting
the pict_type field. But how come did the old version work? Is a fix
required to gst-ffmpeg, or to libavcodec's Indeo decoder?
