First of all you also need :
svn://svn.banshee-project.org/trunk/hxfftrans/

You also might want to grab the plugin from svn:
svn co svn://svn.banshee-project.org/trunk/gstreamer-dtdriver

Also the plugin funnily enough doesn't support RA/RV at this point, but
Aaron said adding those formats should be trivial.
