[gst-devel] Slating a movie

Hi All,

I'm trying to slate a wmv movie; take an image with scene information
on it, and display it for 5 seconds before the scene starts. I've read
the manual and I can't figure this out. I've mostly done server side
Perl developement and am not much of a C developer.

I wonder if this can be done. And if so ... can anyone please point me
in the right direction. I'll be grateful for any help.
