[gst-devel] can't open glibconfig.h when building gstreamer vs6 project on windows

It doesn't build for me too.
We have to work on socket based plugins to be compatible with VC6.0, 
libgstnet is one of them.
You can skip the build of this plugin except if you really need network 
synchronization features.
