[gst-devel] C++ bindings

Hi David,
There is nothing special about the python bindings apart from having
been developed by people with a lot of experience with GStreamer and
used heavily in many projects. 

As for gtkmmproc, don't even know exactly what it is, so I don't know if
using it was a good idea or not.
