Among others :

dspfbsink and dspmpeg4sink

The first one takes raw I422 YUV format, but I couldn't manage to  
display anything with it on IT2005, maybe there's a fix on IT2006.  
The second one takes MPEG4 and h.263 formats which are useless for  
me. You may install osso-xterm (see the application catalog on maemo  
wiki) and the gstreamer-tools-0.8 package to have the gst-inspect  
tool on your device.

IT2005 comes with GStreamer 0.8.10, IT2006 with GStreamer 0.10.
