[gst-devel] Where is "pluginstamp.sh" ?

I want to write a plugin, but when I check out a copy
of the gst-template CVS module , I can't find
"pluginstamp.sh" in "$HOME/gst-template/tools/". Where
is it?
Can you tell me how to get it or send a copy to me?
