[gst-devel] Where can I get some documents about the architecture of gstreamer core lib?

I want to study the architecture and mechanism of gstreamer, so I need some information of gstreamer design. But the manuals in http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/ only introduce how to write application and plugin. 
  Can you give me some documents about gstreamer design or introduction of gstreamer core ?
