[gst-devel] Missing faac package?

I've just installed Gstreamer 0.10 on Fedora Core 4 using yum. But it 
seems that faac is missing from the bad plugins. Is this a bug or is 
there a reason why it's missing? How can I go about getting it into the 
list of known elements?

P.S. Sorry if this is not the right place for this mail. I'm very new to 
GStreamer.
