[gst-devel] Error:Glib

hi developers,
               I thank Mr.Michal and Mr.pavan for
helping me.When i tried to compile the example code in
the manual in VC++.I get fatal error C1083: Cannot
open include file: 'glib.h': No such file or
directory.How to solve this error.
2.I think gstreamer core and gstreamer plugins are
platform independent....(correct me if iam wrong).
