[gst-devel] libxml parser.h

hi developers,
              thanks for your help and guidance.I
tried compiling the example programs after installing
glib on  my windows machine with VC++ 6.But it asks
for one more hader file <libxml/parser.h>.It gives
fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file:
'libxml/parser.h' please help me to solve this
problem....
