[gst-devel] Add amrnb codecs using internal ffmpeg

HI, 

I want to use fixed-point amrnb codec, so I downloaded 26073-510.zip file
and added the codecs into ffmpeg.

I made Makefile.am, Makefile.in and compile and install what I want to port.

But when I inspect the element of ffmpeg, there are none of related amrnb
except ffdemux_amr.

How can I plugin amrnb codecs using ffmpeg ?
