Hi Ram

Someone mentioned it is in gst-plugins-bad, so you do not need to be
given it.  It is free for you to download and read the code.

All the gstreamer modules seem to have visual studio makefiles, maybe try them.

If not, search the archives of this mailing list.  You may find
someone pointing out a howto or put some instructions.
