[gst-devel] guide me

you should install TortoiseCVS from http://www.tortoisecvs.org/
Next, you choose a folder where you want to get the gstreamer sources. 
 From this folder you do a right click and CVS checkout.
In the dialog you set 
:pserver:anoncvs at anoncvs.freedesktop.org:/cvs/gstreamer in the CVSROOT 
field, you fetch for the modules and choose the one you want (in this 
case gst-plugins-bad)
