[gst-devel] Does TCP Interleaved streaming work in gstreamer?

Hi,
Does anyone know if TCP interleaved streaming works with gstreamer-0.10.9?
If so, what would be the correct gst-launch pipeline?

I had tried
gst-launch rtspsrc location=rtsp://192.168.10.46/robot_car.mp4 protocols=4 !
rtpmp4vdepay ! ffdec_mpeg4 ! xvimagesink

but the video does not play.

Without the protocols=4, it plays fine.
