	gstmpegmux.c is a wrapper for ffmpeg muxers (libavformat). It currently
does not support mp4, but it should be rather easy to add it.
See gst_ffmpeg_formatid_to_caps and gst_ffmpeg_formatid_get_codecids in
gstffmpegcodecmap.c
