A couple of problems:

(1) Some of the modules, in particular gstreamer-10.10 itself (as
opposed to the plugins) is missing from the x86_54 repo at 
        gstreamer.freedesktop.org/pkg/fedora/5/0.10/x86_64/gst/
        
(2) Your ftp server allows logins at gstreamer.freedesktop.org and at
ftp.gstreamer.freedesktop.org, but these servers don't do anything; in
particular they don't reply to the dir command.
