[gst-devel] rtpmp4vdepay caps parameter ".config"

Hi,

The rtpmp4vdepay's caps paramenter ".config=" contains codec
initialization information for ffdec_mpeg4.

It seems to require another channel such as SDP to transmit the
paramenter. Is there any good solution to avoid using ".config" for
rtpmp4vdepay?
