It makes sense for "external" projects to put everything in a namespace.
For example, All fluendo plug-ins are named libgstflu*.so for the so
file, and flu* for the plugin name.

I recommend farsight rename their rtpbin to farrtpbin or fsrtpbin or
somesuch.
