[gst-devel] output buffers getting dropped in gst_segment_clip

hi ,in the hardware video decoder plugin initially some 40 output buffers are getting dropped because of gst_segment_clip api , so av sync is affected.this is observed when  i use playbin on arm board in manual pipeline it works ok
