Firstly the plugins modules have been split into base, good, ugly and
bad as explained on this page:
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/documentation/splitup.html

So the modules you mentioned above do not exist.

However the pulseaudio gstreamer plugins are available to download
from the pulseaudio site: http://www.pulseaudio.org/

The mpeg2dec plugin is in the module: gst-plugins-ugly in directory:
ext/mpeg2dec
There is no such plugin called ts2ps, this is a remnant of a never
committed plugin from the 0.8 series. For dvb, there is dvbsrc in
gst-plugins-bad in directory sys/dvb and there is mpegtsparse in
gst-plugins-bad in directory gst/mpegtsparse.  There is also, (needed
for playback), the fluendo transport stream demuxer, available from:
https://core.fluendo.com/gstreamer/trac
