Yes, you're right. It decribes exactly my problem. Thanks for searching
it. This may be a solution. At the moment I recreate the complete
pipeline to get it work. Doing this only for the sink may also work.

I'm so happy this is/was a gstreamer bug. I was nearly going crazy,
because there wasn't a bug in my code. And I was right! :-)
