[gst-devel] translations

Hi,

could someone in the know elaborate a bit on how the whole translation
thing is supposed to work for GStreamer?

Two reasons for this question:

a) I don't know what to do with bugs like:
   http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=352069
   http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=378255

b) Checking the web page of the Translation Project that apparently is
supposed to handle all our translations,

   http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/translation/registry.cgi?domain=index

it would appear that either they haven't received updates for ages or
the website is out of date. Anyone know what's going on here?
