[gst-devel] plugin can't be detected

 hi all,finally i was able to compile and install my plugin in /usr/local/lib/gstreamer-0.10 the  .so is created but when i do  gst-inspect mypluginit says no such element or plugin i have already set GST_PLUGIN_PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH  properly  any ideas
