[gst-devel] Core and Base Windows binaries are available

For those interested in GStreamer on Windows there's also OABuild
(http://projects.collabora.co.uk/~oleavr/OABuild/) which provides a
fast and convenient way to build GStreamer, GTK+, D-Bus, Telepathy and
.NET bindings for all of them on Windows, also without the usage of
mingw/cygwin.
