[gst-devel] Core and Base Windows binaries are available

Hello,

Why do the .dll compiled with visual studio are in the form
libxyz-0.10.dll while the ones compiled using autotools+mingw are in the
form libxyz-0.10-0.dll ? (I am talking about the dll files in bin/),
this inconsistency makes the .dll non reusable.
