[gst-devel] Next release: good/bad/ugly

Now that Core & Base 0.10.13 are out, I'm looking at releasing
Good/Bad/Ugly. They badly need it, since the last releases were way back
in December.

Accordingly, Good, Bad & Ugly will all be freezing as of Monday 11th
June. Any changes after that need to have an associated bugzilla entry
and be approved by me. I'll be producing the first pre-releases either
Monday evening or Tuesday.

There are some plugins to be moved between modules that hopefully will
happen before Monday.

Any other issues, please speak up now!
