[gst-devel] GStreamer C# binding for Playbin

I had to create a basic binding for my application in c# which plays audio
and video files so i decided to take it one step further and make it a basic
(very basic) binding for the playbin part of gstreamer.
its pretty lightweight and should provide all the basic functionality on a
high level.
