[gst-devel] registrering of plugins on Windows (MSYS environment)

in gst*/config.h, I have that define:

#define PLUGINDIR "/usr/local//lib/gstreamer-0.10"

plugins of gstreamer itself are found (that is 1 plugin : static element 
with 2 features : bin and pipeline), but not the others unless I add the 
path explicitely.
