Hi,
playbin does not work with streaming..

try with the following

gst-launch rtspsrc protocols=tcp
location=rtsp://196.168.1.125/sample_100kbit.mp4 ! rtpmp4vdepay !
ffdec_mpeg4 ! queue ! xvimagesink sync=false  on the desktop..

in the above url place your server url
