[gst-devel] JACK audio sink needs redesign

this is just a quick mid-process note to say that the current design of
the JACK audiosink is wrong.
currently, the release method for GstJackRingBuffer removes resources
(ports) that should remain allocated for as long as the process callback
of JACK will be being called. this happens when the stream state is
changed.
i will work on a fix.
