[gst-devel] gstreamer-0.10.12 compile error

Hello,
I did ./configure.
Then when I am giving 'make', I am getting the following error:

In file included from ./grammar.y:9:
../gst-i18n-lib.h:27:2: error: #error You must include config.h before
including this header.

I opened gst/gst-i18n-lib.h and saw this as #ifndef PACKAGE_NAME as being true.
Any clue where I should start checking.
Also, my config.h is blank.
