Do you have timestamps on your buffers? GStreamer should take care of the rest.

Also, try `gst-launch -v` to make sure the framerate is what you
expect in your elements -- We've seen some MP4 files marked (and
linked) as 30000/1001 whereas its video stream is actualy 15/1.
