[gst-devel] Create a GstClockTime variable

Hi,
there's a way to create a GstClockTime element starting from
seconds,minutes,hours,days,month,year?I need it to fill the timestamp
parameter of GstBuffer.
I've only found the gst_clock_get_time function but it wants a GstClock
parameter, and  it seems that there's no way to create a GstClock with the
parameter date above.
Any suggestion?
