[gst-devel] video playback

Hi!

Is there a sample/reference video pipeline code available anywhere?

I wrote a program to playback video (avi file) on N770, but, it doesn't work.
The pipeline constructed for avi  is on the lines of make_avi_pipeline () as
done in seek.c example code.
Even on the desktop, seek doesn't work for avi files.

I get the following errors.

Play_vid[1182]: GLIB CRITICAL ** GStreamer - gst_element_link_pads_filtered:
assertion `GST_IS_ELEMENT (src)' failed
Play_vid[1182]: GLIB CRITICAL ** GStreamer - gst_bin_add: assertion
`GST_IS_ELEMENT (element)' failed

Any pointers on this are welcome.
BTW, what does [1182] denote here?
