[gst-devel] how to link the name property in the application file..

Hi,
I have the following gst-launch.. it works fine with the name property.. I
want to write the application in C.. But I dont know how to link the name
property  in  the  application file.
gst-launch filesrc location=/usr/local/movies/sample_50kbit.3gp ! decodebin
name=decoder decoder. ! ffmpegcolorspace ! xvimagesink decoder. !
audioconvert ! audioresample ! osssink


can anybody tell me how to link this name property with the elements..
