Hello Fadi,

You can follow directions in gstreamer webpage:

http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/documentation/rtp.html

There you'll find directions to use farsight rtp plugins which have a variety of examples written in C Programming Language.

You can also use the gstreamer gstrtpbin and, with the examples from farsight, figure out your own application using udpsrc/udpsink and gstrtpbin.

hello everybody , 
i ve been working for a while on the rtp new aspect in gstreamer , but truely i'm finding problems specially  in handling RTP stream with a C program , can anyone please help me with any good documentation or sample programs, templates ......etc and i'll be really thankfull to him . waiting for a positive ansewer i hope .
