Hi Thijs,
thanks for the pointer. I was able to change the volume from the
command line as given in the example. I may have further queries later
on.

And sorry about the "Disclaimer" that gets tagged along with the mail.
The mail proxy or whatever attaches the Disclaimer to all outgoing
mails...leaving no control with me.
I would have to resort to using personal mail id.
