[gst-devel] Discussing autoscan feature for GstTuner

I've just created a bug(feature request) to provide "autoscanning" in the
GstTuner interface (#489107).

I had to implement autoscanning for a radio plugin and, while deciding and
discussing on the #gstreamer how to provide the feature of scanning forward
or backward to the plugin's user, this modification was suggested and I'd
like to start a discussion about it.

Well, what do you guys think?
