[gst-devel] New gst-ffmpeg

I'll add a "me too" from the Swfdec crowd. FFmpeg got support for
Nellymoser audio which is the last format missing in Swfdec. So far
that format doesn't even have caps afaik (or does the FLV decoder have
some?).
