[gst-devel] why can not gst-inspect videotestsrc

Thanks for instructions, but I still do not understand clearly.
1. what do you mean "Quickfix: comment arm optimizations away", is the
configure options?
2. could I solve this issue by upgrading with following combination.
gstreamer0.10-plugins-base       0.10.12
gstreamer0.10                    0.10.12
