[gst-devel] reducing boot time

hi all,i am running a media player application on arm11 first time when i launch app and try to play an mp4 file . it takes about 10 seconds to start playbackhowever for next media files in playlist , it takes about 3 seconds why is it so , how to reduce the initial boot time.
