[gst-devel] Good<->Bad plugin moves window open

The window for requesting plugin moves is now open - if there are any 
candidates for moving from bad to good, or vice versa, please file a bug 
so we can evaluate it. Mark bugs as blockers against the destination module.

The plugin move window closes on Friday, which is when the moves will 
actually happen, Good and Bad freeze, and the first pre-release tarballs 
come out.

If there are any other issues with the upcoming Good + Bad releases, 
please flag those too!
